摘要
对退火态IF钢板进行了不同温度的热处理,研究了热处理温度对IF钢板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:IF钢板中弥散分布着含碳第二相粒子;随着热处理温度的升高,显微组织中的含碳第二相粒子减少,IF钢板屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐增加,塑性应变比r值和拉伸应变硬化指数n值则逐渐减小,即钢板深冲压性能降低。
Different temperatures heat treatment was carried out on annealing IF steel sheets and the influences of heat treatment temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of the IF steel sheets were studied.The results show that the carbonaceous secondary-phase particles distributed dispersedly in grains of the IF steel sheets.With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the amount of secondary-phase particles decreased,the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel increased,and the value of r(plastic strain ratio)and n(tensile strain hardening exponent)decreased.That is to say,the deep drawability of the IF steel sheets decreased with the increase of heat treatment temperature.
