摘要
采用电子背散射衍射、电镜和连续退火模拟试验机等实验手段,研究了不同热轧终轧温度下含P高强IF钢组织和性能。结果表明:930℃终轧,屈服强度为250MPa,抗拉强度为390MPa,伸长率达到38.2%,塑性应变比r值达到1.65;910℃和950℃终轧、连退后钢板的力学性能与930℃终轧相近,伸长率和r值均较低,分别在30%和1.4左右。
Microstructure and properties of interstitial fTee high strength steel with P at different final hot rolling temperature were researched by means of EBSD, SEM and continuous annealing simulation mechanical machines. The results show that yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of final hot rolling temperature at 930℃ were respectively 250 MPa, 390 MPa and 38.2%, and plastic strain ratio r value is 1.65; while final hot rolling temperature at 910℃ and at 950℃, mechanical properties are similar, elongation and r value are low than one of 930℃,which were respectively 30% and 1.4.
