摘要 目的:探讨脂质过氧化作用在+Gz所致的咬肌损伤中的作用。方法:体重为200-250克雄性Wistar大鼠 14只随机分成 A组和 B组,各 7只。A组用特制的固定装置固定 5min,B组固定于动物离心机的转臂上,加速度曲线为梯形,G值增长率约为0.5G/s,+10Gz峰值持续时间为30s,间隔+1Gz 60s,连续5times/d,4d/wk,共3周。离心后测定咬肌匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果:与A组相比,B组咬肌组织匀浆中 MDA含量均明显升高,而 SOD含量未见变化。结论:增多的自由基与机体消除自由基能力之间平衡失调在咬肌发生病理改变过程中起一定作用。 Objective: To study the effects of lipid peroxidation on masseter musscles in rats after repeated +Gz stress. Methods: 14 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: group A and group B. Group A was borne for 5 minutes with rat-kept device. Group B was-repeatedly exposed +10Gz (each for 30s, onset rate about 0.5G/s, 5 times/d with +lGz 1 minute intervals, 4d/wk, 3 weeks in total). The content of MDA and SOD in masseter musscles homogenate were determined. Results: Compared the group A, in group B the levels of MDA in masseter were increased, but SOD were not changed. Conclusions: This imbalance between MDA and SOD may play a role at a certain degree in the process that repeated +Gz stress caused masseter musscles injury.
