摘要
概述了高性能飞机飞行员受高+Gz所致非冲击性颈部损伤的研究进展,对预部损伤机理及类型进行了分析。指出了“检查6点钟”位置最容易引起颈部损伤。颈部损伤的症状可影响飞行员的飞行能力及日常生活,但经治疗后多可恢复飞行,只有少数严重损伤者需转飞其他机种。新型头颈支持系统、轻型头盔、以及颈肌强化锻炼有助于颈部损伤的预防。
Studies on non-impact cervical injuries(CI),resulting from high +Gz forces on pilotsof high performance aircraft were summarized. Mechanism and classification of Cl were discussed. It waspointed out that, the prevalence of CI was higher in newer fighter aircraft. Flexion extension and rota-tion of head may greatly increase neck muscle strain with high +Gz. 'Checking six' was the most com-mon head position that ca.sed G induced CI. Symptoms of CI adversely affected pilot's flight perfor-mance and dailylife. Most of the pilots suffered from CI can return to flying duty without lirnitation in acoup1e of days after treatment. The introduction of new head and neck support equipment,lightweighthelmet,and tnuscle strengthening exercises may contribute to decrease the frequency and intensity of CIin pilots of high per formance aircraft.
