摘要
目的:分析医院门诊药房患者退药原因,探讨有关对策,以减少退药情况的发生,促进合理用药。方法:对某医院门诊药房2012年1854份退药单进行统计分析。结果:退药原因主要分3大类,其中患者用药后发生不良反应(730份,39.4%)和患者不能耐受药物的副作用(288份,15.5%)是主要原因;痔瘘科(463份,24.9%)、生殖中心(370份,20.0%)、呼吸科(280份,15.1%)为排名前三位的退药科室。结论:门诊药房退药现象有主、客观原因,必须采取必要的措施加以应对。
Objective：To analyze the prescriptions of drug-withdrawal and explore the reasons of drug-withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy.To propose appropriate countermeasures to reduce the incidence of drug-withdrawal and promote rational drug use.Methods：The number of times of drug-withdrawal was 1854,the prescriptions of drug-withdrawal were recorded and made a statistics on the prescription information of the out-patient pharmacy . Results：The main reasons were adverse reactions （730cases,39.4%） and doctors＆#39; changing therapeutic schedule（288 cases,15.5%）.Drug-withdrawal mainly occurred in the department of hemorrhoid and fistula （463cases,24.9%）, reproductive center （370cases,20.0%）and pneumology （280cases,15.1%）. Conclusion：The drug-withdrawal in out-patient pharmacy can＆#39;t be avoided,so it is important to take necessary measures to reduce it.
