摘要
目的：调查我院门诊处方的药物应用情况。方法：采用横断面调查方法，抽取我院2011年上半年的门诊处方．每月随机抽取一日的门诊处方．调查其科室分布．药物种类及品种．给药途径等。结果：患者就诊科室以妇科最多．占41.38％：产科列第2位，占17.22％i生殖中心列第3位．占11.91％。药物种类以抗微生物药物最多．占9.23％；神经系统和激素及相关药物其次．分别占8.91％和7.01％。在9051频次就诊患者中．共得到3327张处方．应用抗菌药物者764次．占22.96％，抗菌药物以一药单用为主 给药途径以口服为主．占86.31％，其次为注射．占27.23％。结论：我院门诊患者药物应用基本合理．但仍存在一些问题，需要进一步提高合理用药水平。
Objective： To analyze the drug use in outpatient department of our hospital. Methods： Cross-sectional survey method was used. Outpatient prescriptions in the first half of 20ll were randomly extracted by one day every month. The distribution between departments, varieties and classes of drugs and administration route were investigated. Results： Most patients, about 41.38%, were from the gynecology department, followed by obstetric department, 17.22%. l 1.91% from reproductive center was the third. Drugs with the most varieties were antimicrobial drug （9.23%）, nervous system and hormone related drugs（ 8.91% and 7.01% respectively）. 3327 prescriptions were prescribed for 9051 patient visits, of which 764 （22.96%） were prescribed with the antibiotics. Antimicrobial drugs were mainly used alone with 86.31% taken orally and 27.23% injected. Conclusion： The drug use in the outpatient departments of our hospital was basically rational, yet there were still some problems remains to be tackled. These aspects should be further improved.
