摘要
针对时下困扰中国企业海外项目"跨文化"冲突问题,从实例出发分析了具有沟通性、融合性、共赢性等特质的新型企业文化——"和文化"。认为"和文化"为应对跨文化挑战提供了重要思想保障,跨文化管理为"和文化"的实践与深化提供了系统的路径,跨文化、"和文化"与跨文化管理形成的"三位一体"的中国企业海外项目新型管理模式必将承载着中国企业驶向更远的海洋。
To tackle the cross-cultural conflicts in Chinese Enterprises' Oversea Projects nowadays, the author bases the analysis on the case study of the " harmony culture" which is a new type of enterprise culture with communicative, integrated, and win-win characteristics. It is believed that the "harmony culture" gives reliable ideological guarantee to cope with cross-cultural challenges while the cross-cultural management provides with systematic methods to practice and deepen it. The trinity management mode including cross-culture, "harmony culture" and cross-cultural management for Chinese enterprises in oversea projects is bound to promote Chinese enterprises to a new level of development.
