摘要
中国的工程承包企业开发国际项目的一种做法是与当地或国际知名公司合作,组成联营体共同投标并参与项目执行。探讨在联营体组建和项目执行中,中国承包商如何进行风险管理,既实现双方利益最大化的目标,又规避合作陷阱,在风险可控的条件下实现项目的顺利实施。
One of the ways in which Chinese construction contractors develop international projects is to cooperate with well-known local or international companies to form an association to jointly bid and participate in project execution.This paper explores how Chinese contractors can manage risks in the construction of joint ventures and project execution to ensure that the objectives of maximizing the interests of both parties are achieved while avoiding the traps of cooperation and the successful implementation of the project under the conditions of controllable risks.
