摘要
对高职院校行政部门的绩效考核历来是高职院校绩效管理中的薄弱点,引入平衡计分卡的思想,以利益相关者的视角,依据学校考核重点任务目标的分解,设计高校院校行政部门绩效考核指标体系,确认相关的考核主体,能使高职院校行政部门清晰了解自身在组织中的价值,也能全方位地了解自身行动方向和具体内容。
The performance evaluation for administrative departments is always the weak point in the management of higher vocational colleges. By introducing the idea of the balanced scorecard, from the stakeholder perspective, based on the decomposition of school evaluation focused mission goals, the study designed the performance appraisal index system for administrative departments of higher vocational colleges, and confirmed relevant examination subjects, which can enable colleges and universities get a clear understanding on the organization's value of their own institutions, and it also can have full understanding of its own direction and specific contents.
