摘要
为了解决开放性实验室管理中遇到的设备损坏率高、实验室管理人员紧缺等诸多问题,根据长期对开放性实验室管理手段的探索与实践并随着我校信息化、网络化建设的不断深入,通过将所有的实验资源联网并实现基于网络的自动化控制管理,同时实现基于校园卡的网路化身份认证,结合从查询、预约、授权、使用、回收、追溯的全网络化管理流程并辅以高清视频监控系统等其他技术手段的使用,实现了一套较完整地开放性实验室管理方案。通过教学实验中心在省级实验示范中心建设过程中的实践运用取得了良好的效果。
The cultivation of innovative talents is an important task of colleges and universities,and the open laboratories in colleges and universities provide an important platform to improve students＇ practical ability and train their creative consciousness.In order to solve problems in the management of laboratory,i.e.laboratory management personnel shortage and high rate of equipment damage,after long-term exploration and practice of open laboratory management means and via the continuously increasing development of information technology and network in our university,we have networked all the experimental resources and implemented automatic control of management combined with the whole network management process consisting of query,reservation,authorization,use,recycling and retrospect and based on network,as well as realized the network identity authentication based on campus card.Assisted by high-difinition video monitoring system and other technical means,a complete open laboratory management system was established and achieved good results in the construction of Zhejiang provincial experimental demonstration center.
