摘要
针对高校实验室管理体制中存在的一些问题,介绍了以培养学生的实验技能、创新能力和综合素质为目的,利用实验室现有资源进行整合,在实验室管理体制、实验室开放、校内外实验基地建设等方面进行的一系列改革与探索。阐述了健全的实验室管理模式是满足学生熟练掌握本专业实践技能,提高实验室仪器设备的利用率,培养具有较强的专业技能和实际动手能力的复合型人才的根本保证。旨在促进高校实验室的科学规范化发展,使高校实验室的管理模式更趋完善。
This paper focuses on the need of constructing experimental teaching management mode, cultivating innovative talents needed in our country, and establishing laboratory management system suitable to meet the new situation of colleges and universities. For the purpose of developing students^experimental skills, innovative capability and comprehensive quality, and integrating existing resources of the laboratory, we introduced a series of reform and exploration on the laboratory management system. The reform contains laboratory opening up and internal and external experimental base construction, and other problems that exist in the university laboratory management system The article also elaborates that the reform of laboratory management mode is a fundamental guarantee to have the students master professional practical skills, to improve the utilization of laboratory equipment, and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with great professional skills and practical abilities. The goal is to realize scientific standardization of the university laboratory, and to make the university laboratory management mode into perfection.
