摘要
在建设海洋强国的形势下,我国海洋科研机构在空间格局、城市格局、学科格局方面不尽合理,本文从新经济地理学角度对其成因进行了分析,并就设立高级别管理机构、整合三大海洋分局职能、构建合理空间格局、充实地方海洋事业单位力量、提供国际海洋公共产品五个方面提出了建议。
Present arrangement of national marine scientific research institutions in spatial and city distribution and study precedence is unreasonable in the situation of marine power construction. The reason was given from the point of New Economic Geography. Five suggestions are also given： establish a high-level management agency, integrate flmctions of three branches of State Oceanic Administration of P.R.C., construct a reasonable spatial pattern, enrich local marine forces and institutions, providing international marine public goods.
