摘要
白度是钛白粉最基本的颜料性能之一,影响钛白粉白度的因素有很多,其中主要包括二氧化钛粒子的大小、形状和粒度分布、杂质种类和含量以及二氧化钛粒子晶格的缺陷。结合实际情况分析现场的影响因素,认为影响钛白粉白度的关键主要是水解偏钛酸质量、煅烧操作条件、气粉操作条件的控制。
Whiteness is one of the most basic properties of pigment titanium dioxide, there are many factors affecting titanium dioxide whiteness, including titanium dioxide particle size, shape and particle size distribution, the type and content of impurities and lattice defects of titanium di- oxide particles. This paper briefly introduced those factors combined with the actual situation and analyzes the factors that influence the effects of site. This paper thinks the key of titanium dioxide whiteness is mainly controlled hydrolysis H2TiO3 calcination quality, operating conditions, oper- ating conditions of gas powder.
