摘要
本文通过对比分析黄红相钛白样品和正常样品的颜料性能、粒径大小及分布、颗粒形貌和微量元素含量,探索钛白粉呈现黄红相现象的原因。结果表明,影响钛白粉呈黄红相的原因如下:消色力和白度较低;样品颗粒粒度大,集聚明显,对黄红色光线的散射能力强;因铁含量高,在煅烧时与其它杂质元素发生相互作用并侵入Ti O2晶格,造成晶格扭曲变形,进而影响钛白粉的白度。因此,可以通过控制水洗和煅烧工序,避免钛白粉呈黄红相。
To explore the reasons for the presence of yellow-red phase in titanium pigment, the particle size and distribution, the pigment properties and the particle morphology were studied. The influence on the presence of yellow-red phase in titanium pigment could be related with the low deeolorization strength and low whiteness, the large size of particle, the aggregation of particle and the strong scattering capability to yellow-red light. Furthermore, because of the high iron amount, during the calcation, the interaction between iron and other elements leads to Fe into TiO2 lattice, resulting from the destruction of TiO2 lattice and finally this affects the whiteness of titanium pigment. Therefore, the solvement to avoid the presence of yellow-red phase in titanium pigment is proposed to control the washing procedure by water and the calcination conditions.
