摘要
激光粒度仪是粒径测试常见方法,微米级粒径测试再现性差,不确定度也大;文章科学合理的评定了激光粒度仪粒径测试的不确定度,为粒径的不确定度评定提供了新的思路;文章从激光粒度仪的准确性和精密度入手,结合仪器自身的不确定度和系统偏差,进行不确定度的评定。本文计算了钛白粉R-1的中值径D 50的不确定度,钛白粉R-1的中值径D 50测试结果为0.308μm,计算得到中值径D 50的扩展不确定度U=0.024μm,最终D 50测试值为(0.308±0.024)μm。
The laser particle size analyzer is a common method for particle size measurement.The reproducibility of micron particle size measurement is poor and the uncertainty is also high.The uncertainty of particle size measurement by laser particle size analyzer was scientifically and reasonably evaluated,which provided a new idea for the uncertainty evaluation of particle size.The evaluation of uncertainty included accuracy,precision,uncertainty of instrument itself and system deviation.The D 50 of titanium dioxide R-1 was measured,the median diameter was 0.308μm,the expanded uncertainty of the median diameter was 0.024μm,and the D 50 was(0.308±0.024)μm.
