摘要
锆英石作为陶瓷釉料乳浊剂,其乳浊效果与加入量及研磨细度有关。当添加磷灰石、硼砂后,明显提高锆英石乳浊效果。本研究通过实验探讨其机理。
The quantity of zircon added and its particle size are the main factors effecting the whiteness ofthe emulsifiable glaze. The best of whiteness is obtained by adding 27% (in mass) of zircon with particle size lessthan 0.1μm. As the additives for zirconic emulsifiable glaze, apatite and borax can raise the whiteness too. Thewhiteness is relative toquantity of additive and the more the additive the better the whiteness.However, quantityof the additive will have a limit value. The best result is usually achieved by adding 10% (in mass) of calciumphosphate or 20% (in mass) of borax.Experimental resuIts of phase composition, microstructure and refractionindex show that existence of solid phase of zircon will effect the whiteness of glaze. But whiteness of emulsifiableglaze can be raised by adding apatite or borax, because the microstructure and property of glaze body are change-able,
