摘要
通过选择弹性丙烯酸防水乳液与特殊结构改性的有机硅微乳液混合作为成膜物质,配以具有特殊单向反射散射功能的复合陶瓷晶体微粉和各种惰性颜填料、助剂,研制出一种陶瓷智能隔热涂料。该涂料可有效降低夏季太阳照射造成机房内部升温,同时可将机房内蓄积的高温向外散发、辐射出去,有效减少空调用电量。并且,涂膜具有良好的耐沾污性,不会因表面污染而降低对太阳辐射的反射作用,可长期保持稳定的隔热效果,可用于通信系统用室外机房外表面。
In this paper, new ceramic intelligent thermal insulation coatings were prepared by elastic acrylic waterproof emulsion and special structure modified organic micro silicone mixture as film forming material, composite ceramic crystal powder with special one-way reflection scattering function and inert pigment, filler and additives. The coatings exhibit high solar reflectance, stain resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. It could effectively reduce temperature rising in summer and scatter heat to realize energy conservation. It could be applied on the surfaces of telecommunication system rooms.
