摘要
以纳米SiO_(2)气凝胶为隔热填料,空心玻璃微珠、陶瓷微珠为功能填料,丙烯酸乳胶为成膜基料制备气凝胶水性隔热保温涂料。探究了成膜基料、功能填料、颜基比对涂料性能的影响,同时对隔热保温配套涂层的性能进行评价。结果表明,气凝胶质量分数5%,玻璃微珠与陶瓷微珠按质量比1∶1混合为功能填料,乳液A为成膜基料,颜基比为0.64,制备的隔热保温涂料综合性能最佳。涂料具有优异的隔热保温性能、良好的机械性能,配套涂层体系的各项指标均达到要求。
Aerogel waterborne thermal insulation coatings were prepared by using nano SiO_(2) aerogel as thermal insulation filler,hollow glass beads and ceramic beads as functional filler,and acrylic latex as film-forming base material.The effects of film-forming base material,functional filler,and pigment binder ratio(P/B)were explored,and the performance of the thermal insulation supporting coatings was evaluated.The results show:the comprehensive performance of the thermal insulation coatings prepared was the best when aerogel content was 5%(wt%),the mixing ratio of glass beads and ceramic beads as functional filler was 1∶1,emulsion A was film-forming base material,and the P/B ratio was 0.64.The coatings had excellent thermal insulation performance and good mechanical performance and all indicators of the supporting coatings system met the requirements.
