建筑反射隔热涂料隔热性能影响因素及应用技术要点 被引量:21

摘要 在夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区,建筑外墙涂饰建筑反射隔热涂料后,除了夏季能够降低墙面的温度,减少热量向室内传入,解决或减轻涂膜加速老化和外保温系统的裂渗等问题外,还具有明显的节能效果。影响建筑反射隔热涂料隔热性能的主要因素包括基料、颜填料和涂料的耐沾污性等。建筑热反射隔热涂料用于建筑外墙时,必须配合相应的外保温系统才能满足建筑节能50%的要求。介绍了目前在符合公安部消防局公消[2011]65号文要求的条件下,适合建筑热反射隔热涂料应用的建筑外保温系统。提出应加强对彩色建筑热反射隔热涂料的研究,以及在反射隔热涂料生产及应用中应注意的问题。 In the area of hot in summer and cold in winter, and that hot in summer and warm in winter, after the application of building reflective insulation coatings on the building exterior wall, in addition to reduce the temperature of the wall in summer, reduce the heat transfer into the building, solve or mitigate the problem of accelerated aging of coating film and seepage of the external insulation system, it also has a significant energy saving effect. The main factors affecting the insulation properties of the building reflective insulation coatings include binders,fillers,pigments and coatings resistant to stains. When the building thermal reflective insulation coatings is used for exterior wall,relative exterior insulation system should be adopted in order to meet the requirements of building energy efficiency of 50%. This paper introduced the exterior insulation system applicable for building thermal reflective insulation coatings under the conditions currently in line with the GX[2011] No.65 issued by Ministry of Public Security Fire Department. It proposed to strengthen the research on colorful building heat reflective insulation coating, and indicates issues to be paid attention to during production and alSplication of the reflective insulation coatings.
