摘要
讨论了反射隔热粉、普通色浆、冷颜料对高/中明度彩色反射隔热涂料的反射率影响,并从成本角度考虑,综合分析了这几种材料之间的优化搭配方案。结果表明:高明度彩色反射隔热涂料宜使用普通钛白粉基料搭配冷颜料方式;而中明度彩色反射隔热涂料基料配方中宜采用少许钛白粉、少许反射隔热粉,再搭配冷颜料。
This paper discussed the influence of reflective insulation powder, common pigment,cool pigment on the reflectivity of high/middle lightness color reflective thermal insulation coating, and comprehensively analyzed the optimization collocation scheme between these materials from the cast point of view. The results show that: the appropriate formula of high lightness color reflective thermal insulation coating is normal titanium dioxide with cool pigment,but for the middle lightness color reflective thermal insulation coating, the suitable formula is little normal titanium dioxide,little reflective insulation powder, and coal pigment.
