摘要
目的:建立土牛膝药材中齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Hibar C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(34∶66),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:203 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在0.1426-2.851μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.4%(n=6),RSD%为1.7%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性良好,可用于土牛膝中齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determinatiom of oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyra-noside in Achyranthes aspera Linnaeus. Methods: Hibar Cls (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(34:66). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: Oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside showed excellent regression (r=0.9999) at 0.1426-2.851 μg. The average recovery was 102.4%. RSD was 1.7%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for determination of oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Achyranthes aspera Lin- naeus.
