摘要
目前我国学界对大学生就业问题的研究急剧增长,研究论文逐年增加。在现有研究中,存在以下几个方面的问题:调查即将毕业的大学生具有一定的局限性;不同样本结构的多次调查结果之间并不具有可比性;同一主题的研究相互之间缺乏借鉴,测量指标互不相同,导致研究结果各不相同;调查样本与实际统计分析样本的不一致,大大降低研究结果的推断能力。针对这些问题,应当从研究设计、提高调查的有效回收率、文献回顾等方面进行改进。
The studies on college students' employment have been booming up in recent years,with an ample increase in literature body,within which,some problems in the domain can be distinguished as follows: some limitations in taking those who were to graduate as informants,no comparability between different results obtained from different samples,no cross-reference between the results obtained from the researches on the same topics,no conformity in statistical indexes and thus no agreement in findings. Aimed at these problems,improvements should be made both in study design,literature review and in increasing the valid response rate.
