摘要
就业是民生之本、财富之源。2019年政府工作报告首次将就业优先政策置于宏观政策层面,旨在强化各方面重视就业、支持就业的导向。高校毕业生就业工作是其重要组成部分,但目前大多数毕业生求职和用人单位招聘所采用的单一、陈旧的现场招聘方式,不仅增加了双方成本、毕业生的就业风险,甚至影响到了高校的人才培养效果和正常的教学秩序。在互联网发达的今天,大学生的就业问题也会跟着互联网的发达更加快捷方便。
Employment is the source of people’s livelihood and wealth.For the first time,the 2019 government work report places employment priority policy at the macro policy level,aiming to strengthen the orientation of all sectors to attach importance to and support employment.The employment of college graduates is an important part of it,but at present,the single and outdated on-site recruitment method adopted by most of the graduates in job hunting and recruitment of employers not only increases the cost of both sides and the employment risk of graduates,but also affects the effect of talent cultivation and normal teaching order in colleges and universities.In the Internet developed today,the employment of college students will follow the Internet developed more quickly and convenient.
