摘要
高职院校专业评估的目的是推进专业内涵建设,提高人才培养质量。专业评估的目标定位取决于专业评估本身的功能和专业建设所要解决的瓶颈两个因素,因而,建立专业动态调控机制理应成为专业评估的主要目标。围绕目标定位,高职院校的专业评估要以人才培养特色为中心,按照服务地方特色、体现行业特色、彰显学校特色和凝练专业特色等原则,确立评估标准,发挥评估作用。
The qualification assessment enforced in vocational colleges is aimed at promoting professional connotative construction and personnel training.To achieve the goals,two elements must be taken into consideration:the function of the assessment itself and the key issues yet to be addressed by the assessment.In this case,the establishment of a dynamic professional regulatory mechanism ought to become a major goal of the qualification assessment,which should also focus on characteristic personnel training,and set up standards to function properly on the principle of serving local characteristics,manifesting industrial and academic characteristics,and refining professional characteristics.
