摘要
医学生临床实践是医学生成长为一名合格医生的重要环节。然而,医学实习生在临床实践教学阶段实习权益的维护却相当薄弱。恶性伤医事件的发生也直接影响了医学实习生的执业信心和择业心态。文章从维护医学生实习权的必要性入手,分析临床实践教学中实习生的权益内容,并从法律关系分析、立法和保护措施等方面研究如何实现实习生权益的保护。
Clinical internship is an important transformational process for medical students growing up to qualified doctors. However, the protection of medical students＇ right and interest during clinical internship is weak. Malignant wound events happened in hospital influence the business confidence and employment psychology of medical students. The article analyzed the necessity of assertion medical students＇ right and interest, the content of medical students＇ rights, and suggested how to realize the protection of medical students＇ right from legal relation, legislation and protective measure.
