摘要
医学实习生党员在教育和管理过程中,限于实际情况存在着一些的难题,大大影响了日常教育的开展。针对此种情况,从支部建设、平台开发以及岗位设立入手,注重思想政治教育、制度保障以及队伍建设,能够有效提高教育和管理的效果。
Limited to the actual situation medical, there are some problems in the process of education and management of medical college student party members. Aiming at the situation, we can improve the management effect from the party branch construction, the platform development, ideological and political education, system guarantee and team construction.
