摘要
随着医学教育规模地不断扩大,传统临床带教模式面临患者数量激增、病例多样化及资源分配不均等多重挑战。为提升教学效果并满足个性化学习需求,各大医院与医学院校正积极探索将新兴技术融入教学的新模式。在此背景下,本研究探讨了以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能辅助教学方法在肝胆胰外科临床实习中的应用。本研究旨在评估ChatGPT在提升学生理论学习、临床决策及实践操作能力方面的潜在价值,并探讨其在实时反馈、个性化辅导与动态病例讨论中的实际效果。研究结果表明,该教学模式有望弥补传统教学的不足,为医学教育的创新发展提供新思路。
With the continuous expansion of medical education,traditional clinical teaching modes are facing multiple challenges,including a growing number of patients,increasing case complexity,and uneven resource distribution.To enhance teaching effect and meet the demand for personalized learning,hospitals and medical colleges and universities are actively exploring new modes that integrate emerging technologies into medical education.In this context,this study investigated the application of ChatGPT-based artificial intelligence-assisted teaching methods in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery clinical internships.The research aimed to assess the potential value of ChatGPT in improving students’theoretical learning,clinical decision-making,and practical skills,as well as its effect in real-time feedback,personalized tutoring,and dynamic case discussions.The results suggested that this teaching mode have the potential to address the limitations of traditional teaching approaches and provide new insights for the innovation and development of medical education.
