摘要
从优质老窖泥中分离得到的一株高产己酸的梭状芽孢杆菌。经16s rDNA序列测定鉴定为酪酸梭菌(Clostridium butyricum)。
One of the high-yielding Caproic acid bacteria that are separated from quality aged pit mud.It was identified as Clostridium butyricum,with the 16s rDNA sequences.
