摘要
本文针对我国高校青年教师队伍不断壮大的现状,充分探讨了其在教学科研中所面临的各类问题及压力,进而提出相应的建议,以使青年教师能够形成"以教学带动科研、以科研促进教学"的良性互动,适应新时期培养创新型人才的基本需要。
According to the present situation of the increasingly growing college young teachers, the paper fully discusses various problems and pressure they face in teaching and scientific research and puts forward corresponding suggestions so as to make young teachers form the benign interaction of ＂teaching leads scientific researches and scientific researches promotes teaching＂ and adapt to the basic needs of innovative talents training in the new period.
