摘要
近年来,就业形势日益严峻,文章从高校内涵式发展的视角出发,探索工科类院校就业指导的核心要义,探究精准就业指导的事实原理和实施路径,为学校的指导就业工作提供科学的理论参考,以便精准发力,提高就业工作的实效性,提升高校整体的育人水平。
In recent years,the employment situation has become increasingly severe.From the perspective of the connotative development of colleges and universities,this article explores the core meaning of employment guidance in engineering colleges and universities,explores the actual principle and implementation path of precise employment guidance,and provides scientific theoretical reference for the guidance of employment work in colleges and universities,so as to make precise efforts,improve the effectiveness of employment work,and improve the overall education level of colleges and universities.
