摘要
目的探讨临床教学方法对护生综合能力的影响。方法比较2008—2011年护生三基考试成绩、综合能力考核结果,改进和完善教学管理。结果护生三基考试成绩、综合能力均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过健全教学管理体系、规范教学管理、改进带教方法、落实分站式教学等举措,可提高护生三基技能及综合能力。
Objective To probe the influence of the clinical teaching method on the comprehensive ability in the nursing interns. Methods The scores of “three bases” examination performances during 2008-2011 and comprehensive capacity assess- ment in the nursing interns were compared for improving and perfecting the teaching management. Results The “three bases ” examination performances and the comprehensive ability in the nursing intems all were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing interns' “three bases”skills and the comprehensive ability can be improved by perfecting teaching management system, standardizing the teaching management, improving the teaching methods and implement- ing the sub-station teaching measures.
