摘要
[目的]探讨临床护理教师核心能力评价的指标体系。[方法]通过文献分析、专家咨询和小样本人群检验,筛选出31个用以评价临床护理教师核心能力的指标项目,使用Likert5点量表形式对全国范围内6所医药院校的218名教学管理人员、专职教师、学生进行问卷调查。[结果]各组人群对各指标项目在评价临床护理教师核心能力方面的重要性程度的认识有一定差异;临床护理教师核心能力评价指标体系的结构维度包括5个方面:领导能力、问题解决能力、教学能力、专业能力、发展能力。[结论]形成的31项评价指标体系,适合评价临床护理教师的核心能力,且具有相对重要性,可作为进一步评价临床护理教师核心能力的基础。
Objective:To explore an index evaluation system for core capability of clinical nursing teachers. Method: all together 31 items of indexes were .selected for evaluation the core capability of clinical nursing teachers through references analysis, expert consultation and small .sample test. A total of 218 teaching administrators, teachers and students of 6 medical colleges in China were investigated by filling out Likert five - point scale, Result: There were some differences between the different groups in terms of their recognition on the importance of all indexes items for the evaluation of core capability of clinical nursing teachers. The structural dimensionality of the evaluation indexes system includes five aspects as followings: leadership ability, problem solve ability, teaching ability, nursing specialty ability and development ability. Conclusion: The 31 items evaluation indexes system suit to evaluate the core capability of clinical nursing teachers, which is important to serve as a basis for further evaluation of the core capability of clinical teachers.
