摘要
目的:探讨加强高等护理临床教育管理,实现人才培养目标。方法:分析目前临床护理教育质量的影响因素,探索临床护理带教管理模式,包括:医院护理教育组织管理体系的建设、教育人才的培养和带教队伍的建设、临床护理教学管理方法等。结论:规范的组织管理体系是提高临床教学质量的保证,带教老师负责制及带教导师制是提高临床教学质量的关键,临床护理师资素质是提高临床教学质量的根本。
Objective: discuss how to strengthen the clinical education administration in advanced nursing courses, how to realize the aim to train the person with ability. Methods: analyze the infection facts of clinical nurse education at present, seek after the manage mode in clinical nursing education, which include the construction of nurse education administration system in hospital, the training of the person with ability, the construction of the nurse teaching team and the management of clinical nurse teaching. Results: The normative administration system is good at enhancing the clinical teaching quality and the responsibility system of the teacher and the tutor can strengthen the clinical teaching quality too. The diathesis of clinical nurse is the foundation to enhance the clinical teaching quality.
