摘要
司法社工是柔性社会管理的重要内容,也是社会工作在司法领域的重要应用,在西方社会已经体系化。目前司法社工尚未进入我国传统的调解制度之中,但是两者之间有很多契合性。将两者优势结合起来,是新时期减少社会和家庭纠纷,构建和谐社会的重要选择。将调解纳入服务的视野是社会工作本土化的重要体现,而在调解中注入司法社工的价值观、服务方法等内容也是社会转型中调解制度创新的重要内容。梳理两者的契合性、嵌入可能性,可以更清晰地认识相互关系,最终目的是深入剖析两者的结合方法并找到司法社工嵌入调解制度的具体路径。
The judicial social worker is an important branch of social work applications in the judicial field. Its mission is to prevent and reduce crime. It is a method of flexible social management. Judicial social workers have not yet entered into the people＇s mediation system, but both have numerous similarities. Judicial social worker has many natural advantages to enter into people＇s mediation system. Combining the advantages of both is a new method to reduce the social and family disputes, and an important choice for building a harmonious society. Embedding the social work into the people＇s mediation service is an important way of the judicial social worker with Chinese characteristics. Exploration of the embeddness, the possibility and importance of both enable us to have a clearer understanding of the relationship between them, which offer the possibility to an in-depth analysis of the combination.
