摘要
创新人才是指具有创新意识、创造性思维和创新能力的人才,其核心是创造性思维。影响学生创新能力的各种原因是相互影响的,运用ISM模型可以具体分析导致学生创新能力不强的原因,从而提出相应的对策。
Innovation talent is talent with a sense of innovation, creative thinking and innovation capability, and its core is creative thinking. The reasons that affect students＇ ability to innovation interact each other, the use of ISM model can find out what makes students lack of innovation ability, and propose the corresponding measurement.
