摘要
基于自组织理论中耗散结构论和协同学的基本思想,通过专家访谈、文献资料等方法,对我国高校竞技篮球系统自组织演化的条件和动力进行研究。研究认为:高校竞技篮球在实现个人全面发展教育的过程中,具备系统自组织演化的条件,其系统的演化是自组织的;竞争与协同是该系统自组织演化发展的内在动力,系统内部各要素或子系统通过非线性相互作用和涨落机制演化生成序参量——全面发展的竞技篮球后备人才。使CUBA和CUBS两个联赛合并,加强教育部门和体育部门的协同,推进高校竞技篮球系统自组织演化发展进程。
Based on the theory of self-organization of dissipative structure theory and synergetic theory, through the method of expert interviews and literature review, the paper researches the condition and dynamics of self-organiza- tion evolution of China＇ s college basketball system. The research reckons that in the process of realizing personal overall development and education, the system evolution of system is self-organized. Competition and coordination is the internal impetus of the development of self-organization evolution, The factors or sub-system in the system e- volve and generate sequence parameter by nonlinearity interaction and fluctuation mechanism to overall develop the reserve talents of competitive basketball. The two leagues, CUBA and CUBS shall develop together, the coordina- tion between education department and sports department shall be enhanced so as to promote the self-organization evolution development process of college competitive basketball system.
