摘要
资源概念随着科学技术的发展和人类认识水平的提高,其内涵不断拓展和深化,表现出时空尺度上的动态特性;同时,资源配置的内涵也随之得到拓展和深化。本文从资源内涵入手,分析了农业文明、工业文明和生态文明时代资源竞分者的价值观和财富观、不同资源利用模式以及所产生的生态后果。
With the development of science and technology and the raising of human's cognitive ability, the intentions of resources concept are expanded and deepened constantly, showing the dynamic features of the time and spatial scales. So are the intentions of resources distribution. This paper, beginning with the intentions of resources, analyses the values and wealth of the resources competitors of the agricultural civilization, industrial civilization and ecological civilization, and also the different resources utilization models and the ecological effects. It also probes into the resources distribution mechanism of the sustainable development.
