摘要
高考的公平性是保证其制度正当性的前提和基础,也是高考改革决策及其绩效反馈始终考量的一个核心指标。开展高考公平指数测评研究,是改革和完善高考制度的一项基础性工作。本研究提出了高考公平性评价的量化分析框架及其指标体系,并以湖南省为对象进行高考公平指数测评的实证研究,试图为高考制度改革和完善提供一个相对客观、科学的参照。本研究认为需进一步加强高考公平性评价的科学化研究,并建议将高考公平指数监测制度化。
To carry out the university entrance exam fair index assessment is a basic work to reform and perfect college entrance examination system.Based on the university entrance exam fairness quantitative analysis framework and its index system,and in accordance with Hunan province's university entrance exam fairness objective,this essay tries to provide a relatively objective and scientific reference for the reform of China's college entrance examination system.The paper suggests that it is necessary to further strengthen the university entrance exam fairness evaluation via scientific research,and systematize the university entrance exam fairness monitoring in the future.
