摘要
在追求优质教育的全球性教育变革的浪潮中,培养高质量的教师成为教师教育的理想诉求,而师范生专业实践能力是影响教师教育质量的关键。提升师范生的教育理论素养,加强教师教育类课程和教学方法的改革,强化教育实习,寻求与中小学的合作,是培养师范生专业实践能力的重要途径。
Against the background of the global education wave for high-quality education, the cultivation of high-quality teachers has become the dream for teacher education, while the key of the students lies in the practical ability of normal students is the most crucial element. In this sense, normal students＇ practical ability can be improved via these measures： raising normal students＇ quality of education theory, reforming pedagogical courses and teaching methods, improving teaching practice and see- king cooperation with primary and middle schools.
