摘要
本文采用问卷的和访谈的形式对重庆市民营企业的新员工培训现状进行调查。力求发现问题,分析问题最终提出解决问题的措施和方案,为重庆市民营企业在新员工培训中存在的具体问题提供相应的参考。
In this research ,questionnaire survey, interviewing methods are used to survey the current situation of private enterprises＇ new staff training in Chong Qing. Try to find out and analyze the existed problems,then bring out solutions or proposals to the problems. Based on the statistics and conclusions, more possible suggestions will be provided for the private enter- prises＇ new staff training practices.
