摘要
目的探究不同年级、学历和类型住院医师的知觉压力和职业倦怠特征。方法以浙江大学医学院附属第二医院在培的住院医师为研究对象,通过发放线上问卷,对住院医师的基本情况、知觉压力、职业倦怠等方面开展调查分析。结果592位参与的住院医师知觉压力得分为(25.61±7.59)分,情绪疲惫感、工作冷漠感和工作成就感得分分别为(25.12±10.55)分、(9.56±5.75)分和(27.42±8.06)分,随着年级增长,知觉压力和职业倦怠均有所增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历的住院医师在情绪疲惫感、工作冷漠感上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),以本科学历最为突出;锻炼频率与职业倦怠程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论住院医师压力不高但存在一定的倦怠现象,高年级和本科学历的住院医师更为突出;合理的作息和适当的锻炼可以改善职业倦怠。结果对住院医师分层个性化的培养具有指导意义。
Objective To explore the perceived stress and job burnout of residents of different grades,academic qualifications and training types.Methods The survey included the residency training students from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College as the subjects.The basic situation,job burnout and pressure status of the students were investigated by sending online questionnaires.Results The score of perceived stress scale of 592 participants was(25.61±7.59),and the scores of emotional fatigue,work indifference and work achievement were(25.12±10.55),(9.56±5.75)and(27.42±8.06),respectively.With the growth of grade,perceived stress and job burnout increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in emotional fatigue and work indifference among residents with different education background(P<0.05)with undergraduate education being the most prominent,and≥3 times exercise per week was negatively correlated with the degree of burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents with senior and undergraduate degrees show more prominent burnout.Work-life balance and proper exercise can relieve burnout,and the results will indicate for stratified and personalized training of residents.
