摘要
目的:研究鲜竹沥乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MPLC等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和MS、NMR等波谱数据方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从鲜竹沥乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定了18个化合物,包括:丁香醛(1)、松柏醛(2)、反式对羟基桂皮醛(3)、香草酸(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、香草醛(6)、3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛(7)、香草醇(8)、芥子醛(9)、2-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基)苯基-1-丙酮(10)、尼泊金甲酯(11)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(12)、香草乙酮(13)、3-甲氧基没食子酸(14)、4-甲氧基肉桂酸(15)、6-羟基-2-(4′-羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基苯基)-3,7-二氧杂双环-[3.3.0]-辛烷(16)、丁香脂素(17)、4′-O-甲基毛蕊花黄素(18)。结论:其中,化合物1~4和6~18为首次从鲜竹沥中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate-soluble from Xianzhuli.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and MPLC,and the structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectrum analysis such as MS,NMR.Results:Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified as syringaldehyde(1),coniferyl aldehyde(2),trans-p-hydroxylcinnamaldehyde(3),vanillic acid(4),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5),vanillin(6),3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde(7),vanillyl alcohol(8),sinapaldehyde(9),2-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyl)phenyl-1-one(10),methy-4-hydroxybenzoate(11),3-hydroxy-4-methoxymethyl benzoate(12),acetovanillone(13),3-methoxy gallic acid(14),4-methoxy cinnamic acid(15),6-hydroxy-2-(4′-hydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxa-bicyclo-[3.3.0]-octane(16),syringaresinol(17),4′-O-methyltricetin(18).Conclusion:Compounds 1~4 and 6~18 are isolated from Xianzhuli for the first time.
