摘要
目的:对叉分蓼Polygonum divaricatum L.全草的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过测定理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从叉分蓼全草中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:表儿茶素(1)、没食子酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(4)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(5)、儿茶素(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、阿魏酸(9)、丁二酸(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Polygonum divaricatum herb.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatography techniques,the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from Polygonum divaricatum herb and identified as epicatechin(1),gallic acid(2),protocatechuic acid(3),epicatechin gallate(4),epigallocatechin gallate(5),catechin(6),ethyl gallate(7),daucosterol(8),ferulic acid(9),succinic acid(10).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
