摘要
双黄补由三种中药配伍制成,从促进牙周组织再生修复、抑制炎症反应、抗菌及抗内毒素等多方面发挥治疗效果,其中黄芩和黄连具有更明显的抗炎、抗菌作用,而骨碎补具有更好地促进牙周组织修复与再生的作用。三种药物相辅相成、联合作用,促进牙周病患者的痊愈,且因其是天然药物,无明显毒副作用,更易被患者接受。将双黄补开发、研制成各种剂型,通过不同作用途径用于防治牙周病或作为牙周基础治疗的辅助用药,具有广阔的应用前景。
