摘要
运用定量混合培养技术，以变形链球菌作为对照，分析了血链球菌与常见牙周可疑致病菌的相互关系。结果表明，血链球菌对牙周可疑致病菌均有很强的抑制作用，抑菌率接近１００％，变形链球菌虽然对牙周可疑致病菌也有一定的抑制作用，但强度远低于血链球菌的作用。另外，血链球菌对牙周可疑致病菌的抑制作用也是随条件而改变的，当中间普氏菌菌落数为血链球菌菌落数的６．２５倍时，血链球菌的生长完全受到抑制，显示了两者相互拮抗关系。
Abstract Using bacterial mixed culture and quantitative culture analysis,authors found that there are antagonisms between Streptococcus sanguis and periodontopathic bacteria.S.sanguis is a strong inhibitor of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedius,Fusobacterium nucleatum, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and Capnocytophaga sputigena.But the inhibition depends on the ratio between S. sanguis and periodontopathic bacteria. When P. intermidius'CFU is 6.25 times as S. sanguis',S.sanguis does not inhibit P. intermidius anymore, on contrast, P. intermidius inhibits S.sanguis.It suggests that S. sanguis and periodontopathic bacteria are antagonists each other.
