摘要
中药黄芩具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种药理作用,临床上已有许多含有黄芩的中药制剂应用于口腔溃疡、牙周炎等口腔疾病。黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素等黄酮类成分被认为是黄芩发挥药效的主要活性成分。本文系统综述近十几年黄芩在口腔疾病方面的应用,并整理归纳了黄芩主要活性化学说成分在口腔疾病中的作用靶点和机制,为将来黄芩在口腔疾病方面的研究方向提供理论参考。
Radix Scutellariae exhibits a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antitumor,and antioxidant effects,and many Chinese medicinal preparations containing Radix Scutellariae have been clinically applied to oral diseases such as mouth ulcers and periodontitis.Baicalin,baicalein,wogonose and other flavonoids are considered to be the main active components of Radix Scutellariae to exert their medicinal effects.In this paper,we systematically review the applications of Radix Scutellariae in oral diseases in recent decades,and summarize the targets and mechanisms of the main active chemical said components of Radix Scutellariae in oral diseases,so as to provide theoretical references for future research directions.
