摘要
根据国家减排政策要求,北仑第一发电有限公司选择通过炉内脱硝方式对1号锅炉燃烧器进行了低氮改造,达到预期的效果;为将锅炉低NOx燃烧技术改造可能产生的负面影响减至最小程度,采取了磨煤机动态分离器改造、受热面调整等配套措施;改造后锅炉总体性能良好,为四角切圆燃烧锅炉低氮改造提供了借鉴。
According to the emission reduction policies, the low NOx modifications of burners have been carried out in unit 1 boiler of the Beilun Power Plant, by the way of the furnace denitrification, the expectant results has been achieved; For the possible negative influence of this technology modification will be reduced to the minimum, we have adopted rotary mill classifier modification, boiler heating surface adjustment and other supporting measures. After the modification, the boiler performance of unit 1 is satisfactory, and it provides a reference for low NOx modifications in the tangential firing boilers.
