摘要 为了扩大锅炉的适烧煤种资源,以某1 900 t/h燃煤锅炉为研究对象,采用分仓掺烧的方式进行不同比例的低水澳优煤掺烧试验。结果表明,掺烧低水澳优煤是可行的,不会对炉内结焦、减温水量、制粉系统和锅炉效率产生明显影响,但全烧低水澳优煤后NO_X生成量大幅增加,较基础工况增加了约50%,故建议以2~3套中下层制粉系统掺烧低水澳优煤,而不建议全烧该煤种。 In order to increase coal types for boilers, 1 900 t/h coal-fired boiler is taken as a study object to carry out combustion test of blended low-water Australian premium coal in different proportions in several bunkers. The result shows that combustion of the blended low-water Australian premium coal is feasible, and the impact on slagging in furnace, quantity of attemperating water, pulverized coal preparation system and boiler efficiency is negligible. However, combustion of low-water Australian premium coal only may lead to 50% NO_X emission increase more than that of basic condition. Therefore, it is suggested using 2 or 3 medium and lower pulverized coal preparation systems for combustion of blended low-water Australian premium coal rather than combustion of the coal only.
