摘要
建立了燃烧福建无烟煤CFB锅炉炉内燃烧NO脱除模型.模型的计算结果与工业实际试验数据吻合较好.数值模拟显示,NO的排放质量浓度随二次风率的增加而降低,随燃烧温度的升高而降低,但随炉膛烟气流速的增加而升高,随焦炭颗粒粒径的增大而升高,随着钙硫物质的量之比增加而升高,而且在钙硫物质的量之比较大时更加显著;分级燃烧时NO排放质量浓度明显低于未分级燃烧时NO的排放质量浓度.
NO generation and reduction model for Fujian anthracite during combustion in CFB boiler is established. The resuits calculated from the model agree well with those obtained from industrial measurement. Numerical simulation indicates that NO emission decreases with the increase of secondary, air ratio and running temperature, but increases with the rising of such parameters as flue gas velocity, char panicle size, and Ca/S mole ratio. Moreover, NO emission increases markedly when the Ca/S mole ratio is high. And it can also be shown from the numerical simulation that in any case, air-staged combustion is an effective method in reducing NO emission.
