摘要
超临界锅炉燃烧不均匀,带来水冷壁、受热面热偏差问题。通过安装一套基于声波测温原理的炉内温度场在线监测系统,实时获取炉膛平面温度分布,提取炉膛温度宽度和深度方向偏烧的特征参数,反映燃烧偏烧程度。基于闭环模型辨识方法,建立温度场偏烧特征参数与二次配风参数间的模型关系。采用模型预测控制器替代原有PID控制器,形成纠正燃烧偏烧的在线优化策略,再通过二次配风的自动调整,缓解超临界锅炉偏烧现象。某630 MW旋流机组的应用结果表明,水冷壁垂直管出口壁温均方差平均下降21.1%,前屏、后屏过热器出口壁温均方差平均下降20.3%和21.9%。实施在线优化策略,可以有效改善超临界锅炉燃烧不均匀的问题。
The non-uniform combustion of supercritical boiler leads to the thermal deviation of water wall and heating surface,which is universal.By installing an online monitoring system of furnace temperature based on acoustic temperature measurement,the plane temperature distribution can be obtained in real time.The characteristic parameters of furnace temperature deviation in width direction and depth direction can be extracted to reflect combustion deviation.Based on the closed-loop model identification,the model relationship between partial combustion characteristic parameters and secondary air distribution was established.The model predictive controller which was used to replace the original PID controller formed online optimization strategy,and then the secondary air distribution was automatically adjusted to alleviate the combustion bias.The application results in a 630 MW unit show that the mean square deviation of the wall temperature at the outlet of the vertical water wall tube decreases by 21.2%,and the mean square deviation of the wall temperature at the outlet of the front and rear platen superheaters decreases by 20.3%and 21.9%.The implementation of online optimization strategies can effectively improve the problem of uneven combustion in supercritical boilers.
